This practical training course has been specially designed to
give credit team leaders and supervisors the support they need, by
grasping the essential skills and techniques that can be used to
effectively manage a credit team.
The course will also address some of the higher level elements
of credit control that a supervisor is expected to master, such as
credit exception handling, account reviews and the implementation
of the company's credit controls.
