Practical Confidence and Assertiveness
Skills
The ability to be assertive without being intimidating,
offensive or aggressive is a key skill needed by successful
managers and business people in South Africa today.
Confidence is regarded as one of the cornerstones of an assertive
business style. In this two-day program delegates will be exposed
to practical, easy to implement techniques that will increase their
self-confidence and assertiveness levels.
Developing Assertiveness skills requires investment in time and
